What is Teamified?
Teamified is a project management platform for modern teams. Organize work on boards, manage tasks, and collaborate through an interface that stays out of your way.
How is Teamified different?
Subdomain workspaces, real roles, notifications, and export — with transparent seat pricing ($1 per billable seat, free seats included). No feature tiers between free and paid.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. If you can use email, you can use Teamified. Guides and support are there when you need them.
How do I get started?
Create an account, claim a workspace subdomain, and invite a teammate. One seat is free forever — no card required. See How it works for the full walkthrough.
How much does Teamified cost?
$1 per billable seat per workspace per month. Free seats are included by plan size (for example, 1 seat is free forever; Starter includes 2 free seats). Formula: monthly = max(0, seats − free seats) × $1. See the pricing page for examples.
What if someone is in multiple workspaces?
Each workspace is billed separately. If someone is active in three workspaces, they count toward each workspace’s seat total.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. A one-seat workspace is free forever with full product access. No credit card required to start. Larger teams get free seats based on plan size; you only pay for seats above that allowance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from billing settings anytime. Export boards and tasks as CSV or JSON from workspace or board settings before you leave.
Are there hidden fees?
No. No setup fees, no per-project charges, no feature add-ons. The price you see is the price you pay.

Subdomains & workspaces

What is a subdomain workspace?
A dedicated space at yourname.teamified.net — your own boards, people, and billing. Create multiple workspaces for different projects, companies, or clients.
How many subdomains can I create?
As many as you need. Each is billed separately, so you only pay for seats in that workspace.
Can I change my subdomain name?
Yes, but it changes your workspace URL — contact support and we’ll help migrate to the new subdomain.
Can I use a custom domain?
Currently we support subdomains under teamified.net. Custom domains may come later — contact us if you have specific requirements.
What are the different user roles?
Workspace roles:
- Owner / Co-owner: Full workspace control including people and billing
- Manager: Create boards/folders, invite people, manage settings
- Member: Seat role for people who are not Owner/Co-owner/Manager
Board roles (for people added to a board):
- Board Manager: Board columns, people, notifications, and export
- Participant: Work on tasks on that board
- Viewer: View board content without editing
How do I invite users?
Owners, Co-owners, and Managers can invite by email from Workspace Settings → Invite teammates. Choose a role; the invitee gets an email with a join link.
Can I change roles after inviting?
Yes. Owners, Co-owners, and Managers can change workspace roles (within their permissions). Board Managers can adjust board membership roles where allowed.
Can users be in multiple workspaces?
Yes. Different roles per workspace are fine. Each workspace is billed on its own seat count.

Is my data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard practices and regularly review our systems.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Managers can export a board or the whole workspace as CSV or JSON from Settings → Export. Board Managers can export an individual board from Board Settings → Export options.
What browsers are supported?
Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge — use a current version for the best experience.
Is there a mobile app?
Teamified is fully responsive in the browser on phones and tablets. Native apps are planned for later.
