Billable quantity syncs on your subscription for the next billing cycle when members are activated or deactivated.
Free plan
Start with one seat at $0. Starter also includes 2 free seats (so 2-person workspaces stay free).
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Billing. Export boards/workspace as CSV or JSON before or while you still have access; cancelled workspaces are locked for normal use.
Workspaces
Each subdomain is billed on its own. The same person in two workspaces counts toward each workspace’s seat total.

How do free seats work?
Your plan size includes a free-seat allowance (1, 2, 5, 10, or 20). You only pay $1 for each seat above that allowance.
Why is each subdomain billed separately?
This keeps project teams independent. Each workspace owner pays only for billable seats in that workspace.
What happens if I deactivate a user?
Active seat count drops and billable quantity syncs on the subscription for the next cycle. Deactivated members don’t count toward seats.
Is there a minimum?
No. Start with one free seat. Add teammates when you’re ready — you’ll only pay once you exceed the free allowance.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Currently we bill monthly. Contact us if you’re interested in annual billing later.
