How Teamified works
From your first subdomain to inviting the team and putting work on a board — a clear path with no mystery steps.

Follow these steps to claim a workspace, bring people in with the right roles, and put your first work on a board.
Create your account & workspace
Sign up, verify your email, and claim a subdomain. You can create multiple workspaces for different projects or companies — each is billed on its own.
- Choose a unique subdomain (e.g. yourname.teamified.net)
- Verify your email address
- Activate free if you’re one seat — or continue to billing when the team grows
Invite your team
Invite by email with a role already chosen. Workspace seats and board roles are separate — so someone can hold a Member seat and still manage one board.
Owner / Co-owner
Full workspace control: people, billing, boards, and settings.
Manager
Create boards and folders, invite teammates, manage settings.
Board Manager
Configure a board: columns, people, notifications, and export.
Member / Participant
Members hold a seat; on a board they work as Participants (or Viewer read-only).
Organize your first board
Create a folder, add a board, then group related tasks. Statuses, dates, comments, and files live on the work itself — so context doesn’t scatter.

Assign roles that match responsibility. Workspace seats and board roles work together — promote access where it’s needed without opening everything.

Simple pricing
No feature tiers. $1 per billable seat per workspace, with free seats by plan size. Solo workspaces stay free — same product as paid teams.

Can I create multiple subdomains?
Yes. Create as many workspaces as you need. Each is billed separately ($1 per billable seat after free allowances).
What if someone is in multiple workspaces?
Each workspace is billed on its own. If someone is active in three workspaces, they count toward each workspace’s seat total.
Can I change roles after inviting?
Yes. Owners, Co-owners, and Managers can change workspace roles (within their permissions). Board Managers can adjust board roles where allowed.
Is there a free trial?
One-seat workspaces are free forever with full product access — no credit card required. Larger teams only pay for seats above the free allowance.
