Who we are

Shree Infosystems Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”) operates Teamified.net, a project management product at teamified.net and workspace subdomains. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.

Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, password (hashed), optional profile fields (phone, company, bio, photo).
  • Workspace data: workspace names, members, roles, boards, tasks, comments, attachments, and related activity you create in a workspace.
  • Billing data: subscription status and payment references. Card details are handled by Razorpay or PayPal — we do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser/device info, and login device fingerprints used for security alerts.
  • Communications: emails we send (verification, invites, security, billing, activity) and support messages you send us.

Why we process it

  • Provide and secure the service (contract / legitimate interest).
  • Billing and fraud prevention (contract / legitimate interest).
  • Product emails you enable or that are required for security (consent / legitimate interest / legal obligation).
  • Optional analytics only if you accept analytics cookies (consent).

Cookies

We use:

  • Essential: session/login, CSRF protection, and remembering your cookie choice.
  • Analytics (optional): only loaded after you click “Accept all” or enable Analytics in cookie preferences.

Sharing

We use processors that help us run Teamified (hosting, email delivery, Razorpay, PayPal). We do not sell your personal data. Workspace members you invite can see content shared in that workspace according to roles.

Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. After deactivation or cancellation we may retain records as needed for billing, security, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights (GDPR / similar laws)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the support channel on our FAQ page. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

Teamified is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us so we can remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
