Teamified

Features that stay out of your way

Teamified is built around how teams actually work: your own workspace address, boards you can shape, roles that match responsibility, and alerts that only fire when they should. One product — no feature gates between free and paid.

Workspaces

Your team gets a real address on the web

Every workspace is a subdomain — like acme.teamified.net. That keeps clients, departments, or side projects cleanly separated: their own people, boards, billing, and settings.

You can own or join as many workspaces as you need. Someone active in three workspaces counts toward each workspace’s seat total — billing stays honest and local to that team.

  • Create a workspace, claim a subdomain, activate free when you’re a one-seat team
  • Each workspace has independent members, roles, and subscription state
  • Draft workspaces can be finished later — paid ones unlock when billing is set

Boards & folders

Structure without ceremony

Folders hold boards. Boards hold task groups and tasks. That hierarchy is enough for a solo founder or a multi-team company — you don’t need a project-management degree to set it up.

Privileged roles create and arrange boards; everyone else works inside the boards they’re invited to. Board settings cover people, columns, notifications, and export for that board alone.

  • Folders for campaigns, clients, or quarters
  • Boards with statuses and date types that fit the work
  • Per-board membership so guests only see what they should
Tasks

The work item is the unit of truth

A task is where assignment, status, dates, conversation, and files meet. Teamified keeps that surface calm: enough detail to move work forward, not a wall of modules.

Assignment & ownership

Put the right person on the task. Assignees get notified so nothing relies on a hallway ping or a buried chat thread.

Dates & status

Track due dates and progress with statuses your board defines. Due notices remind people before work slips — without nagging the whole company.

Comments & files

Discuss on the task itself. Attach specs, screenshots, or PDFs so context stays next to the work instead of scattered across drives.

Roles & access

Permissions that mirror how you hire and lead

Teamified separates workspace seats from board roles. That way a Member can be a Board Manager on one board and a Participant on another — without promoting them to run the whole company.

Owners and Co-owners handle billing and people. Managers build structure and invite. Change Role in People walks you through workspace and board changes, including demotions that need board reassignment.

Notifications

Hear about work — on your terms

The in-app inbox catches assignments, status moves, comments, and due reminders. Email follows the same events when you want a paper trail outside the product.

Preferences live under workspace and board settings so a noisy board doesn’t drown a quiet one. Security and billing emails stay mandatory — those aren’t optional noise.

  • In-app notifications with a clear read state
  • Email for assign, status, due, and board activity you opt into
  • Per-board overrides when one project needs different volume

Shape the board to your process

Not every team tracks the same fields. Managers define custom columns so Priority, Client, Stage, or Estimate live on the task — without bolting on a second tool.

Workspace-level column libraries and board usage stay under privileged control so Members aren’t rewriting the schema mid-sprint. You get flexibility where it belongs: with the people who own the process.

Export

Your data leaves when you say so

Export a single board or the whole workspace as CSV or JSON from settings. Useful for backups you control, reporting in a spreadsheet, or moving on without a lock-in speech.

Managers handle workspace-wide export; Board Managers can export the boards they run. We don’t offer customer-facing database dumps — structured export is the supported path.

Invites

Bring people in with a link, not a ticket queue

Owners, Co-owners, and Managers invite by email from workspace settings. Choose the role up front. New teammates verify email and join; people who already have a Teamified account accept and land in the right workspace.

1

Send invite

Pick email and role. Optional board assignment keeps new Participants focused.

2

They accept

Register or sign in with the invited address — mismatched emails are blocked on purpose.

3

Seat counts

Active members sync into billable seats for the next billing cycle.

Pricing model

Features aren’t a ladder

Paid or free, you get the same Teamified. We charge for seats above a free allowance — $1 per billable seat per workspace — not for unlocking boards, export, or roles.

One seat stays free forever. Larger teams pick up free seats by plan band (Starter, Team, and beyond). See the pricing page for examples.
