Agreement
Teamified.net is a product of Shree Infosystems Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or using Teamified you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
Teamified provides subdomain workspaces for boards, tasks, collaboration, notifications, and export. Features may change as we improve the product. We may offer free and paid plans as described on the pricing page.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 16).
Workspaces & content
Workspace owners control membership and billing for that workspace. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license to host and process that content only to operate the service. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
Billing
Paid workspaces are billed per billable seat as shown on Pricing. Free allowances may apply. Fees are charged via Razorpay or PayPal. Cancel from Billing; access may end when a subscription is cancelled or past due according to product rules. Taxes may apply where required.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt other customers, or use Teamified to send spam or malware. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Availability & disclaimer
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The product is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may deactivate your account from Account Settings (subject to cancelling owned active subscriptions first). We may terminate or suspend access for Terms violations or non-payment.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the service and cancel subscriptions.
